Following a recent security incident, we have significantly upgraded our protection systems to ensure the safety of our collections and visitors.

Our museum has implemented state-of-the-art security infrastructure including 24/7 surveillance monitoring, advanced motion detection systems, and reinforced access controls throughout all exhibition areas.

We have partnered with leading security firms and local law enforcement to conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments. New protocols include enhanced night patrols, upgraded alarm systems, and improved emergency response procedures.

What are your opening hours?
The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays and on major public holidays. Last entry is at 4:30 PM.
How long does it take to look around?
Most visitors spend between 1 and 2 hours exploring the museum. However, you're welcome to take as much time as you'd like — there's no time limit on your visit.
Are there printed or audio guides?
Yes! We offer free printed guides at the entrance in English and Spanish. Audio guides are available for a small fee of $3 and can be rented at the front desk.
Do you give talks?
We host regular guided talks and curator-led tours throughout the week. Please check our Events page or contact us in advance to find out about upcoming sessions.
Is there a shop or cafe?
We have a small gift shop where you can buy a range of museum-related items. We don't have a cafe, but there are places to buy drinks or sandwiches nearby. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the museum.
Do you have anywhere to store luggage?
Yes, we have a free cloakroom near the entrance where you can store bags, coats, and small luggage items during your visit.
How accessible is the museum?
The museum is fully wheelchair accessible. We have step-free entrances, accessible restrooms, and elevators connecting all floors. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is the museum suitable for families?
Absolutely! We welcome visitors of all ages. Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by an adult. We also offer family activity sheets available at the front desk to make the visit more engaging for younger visitors.
